The Senior Recruitment Consultant – Account Expansion will inherit a warm book of enterprise clients and take ownership of developing these relationships to new heights, backed by full delivery and L&D support.
Role Highlights
– Manage and grow existing enterprise accounts, identifying new commercial opportunities
– Partner with major financial institutions nationwide, leveraging delivery teams to fulfil roles
– Expand market share across Tech, Risk, Actuarial, and Compliance disciplines
– Operate with 60 % commission on delivery-filled placements
– Drive business growth, mentoring junior consultants as part of your leadership progression
You Will Need
– Experience managing and expanding large-scale client accounts and winning contract jobs
– Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify and pursue project opportunities
– Proven track record in recruitment within fast-paced, target-driven environments
– Capability to increase margins and implement effective structure and process
– Ambition to progress quickly into a leadership role and develop others
