Want to build a high-value recruitment career in one of the fastest-growing financial markets in the U.S.? This is an opportunity for experienced recruiters from a range of specialist backgrounds to develop in, or transition into, Financial Services and build a market around your strengths. The Financial Services Recruiter will develop specialist talent markets across Dallas and the wider Texas financial services community, building trusted relationships with candidates and clients while growing a high-performing recruitment desk.
Role Highlights
- Build a specialist market across general Financial Services, Investor Relations, Commodities, Energy and Trading sectors.
- Choose the route that best suits your strengths: a candidate-focused 180 Commodities Trading desk or a broader 360 Financial Services desk.
- Manage high-value candidate relationships, identify opportunities and deliver searches for senior professionals across specialist Financial markets.
- Leverage an established pool of clients and an extensive legacy network while developing your own relationships across the rapidly growing Texas market.
You Will Need

- A strong record of building relationships, influencing candidates and delivering against commercial targets.
- Confidence on the phone and an ability to develop long-term relationships without relying solely on database or online sourcing.
- Commercial curiosity and the motivation to learn a new market, particularly the Financial Services landscape across Texas.
- The ambition to build a valuable desk, with the resilience and consistency required to develop a specialist network over time.
Why You’ll Love It
- $70,000–$90,000 base salary with commission of up to 50%, giving strong earning potential as your desk develops.
- The commodities trading opportunity offers a 180 candidate-focused model with a 50/50 commission split during your first year, providing structured support while you establish your market.
- Join a wider multi-brand recruitment platform backed by Private Equity to support international expansion and long-term growth.
- Tap into a substantial legacy client network built through years of supporting professionals throughout their careers, creating trusted relationships with senior decision makers.
- Work across a multi-brand structure where clients can access complementary recruitment expertise, creating opportunities for cross-desk collaboration and broader commercial relationships.
