The Role
As a Manager, you will take ownership of a team’s performance, development, and commercial growth. You will lead from the front, coaching consultants, driving sales activity, expanding client relationships, and ensuring the team consistently achieves revenue targets.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants to build a high-performing culture, create future leaders, and scale a profitable division.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
- Recruit, onboard, and develop consultants to hit performance milestones.
- Conduct 1:1s, coaching sessions, pipeline reviews, and structured development plans.
- Lead by example with high activity, strong client relationships, and best-practice recruitment execution.
- Create a positive, inclusive, competitive culture focused on excellence and accountability.
Commercial Growth & Market Expansion
- 360 Billing role
- Build and scale a profitable niche practice within cloud technology.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for growing existing accounts and breaking into new ones.
- Own revenue targets, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management.
- Identify new market opportunities and align team activity to maximise commercial return.
Client & Candidate Engagement
- Partner with key clients to understand hiring needs and deliver high-quality recruitment solutions.
- Support consultants with strategic negotiations, closing deals, and resolving escalations.
- Ensure outstanding candidate experience across every stage of the process.
Operational Excellence
- Uphold company standards for compliance, process excellence, and CRM usage.
- Monitor team KPIs, performance metrics, and conversion ratios to drive continuous improvement.
- Foster collaboration across U.S. offices and global practice areas.
About You
We are looking for a high-energy, ambitious leader who thrives in a sales-driven environment and knows how to inspire performance.
You’ll be successful in this role if you have:
- 5 years of recruitment experience, including proven management or team leader experience.
- A track record of revenue generation, hitting targets, and closing deals.
- Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing consultants.
- Strong commercial instincts with the ability to grow accounts and open new business.
- Resilience, competitiveness, and a passion for building high-performing teams.
- A growth mindset and desire to contribute to U.S. expansion and market growth.
