Your Impact as Service Supervisor

As our Service Supervisor, you'll be the driving force behind a thriving apartment community. What You'll Do

Lead and Inspire

• Manage and mentor your service team to deliver outstanding results
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring every resident loves where they live
• Build strong vendor relationships and manage resources effectively

Apply Your Expertise

• Transform apartments into market-ready homes through painting, repairs, and quality finishing touches
• Resolve resident service requests promptly and professionally
• Leverage your diverse maintenance skills: plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, pool maintenance, and more
• Keep grounds, common areas, pools, and amenities pristine and safe

• Stay current with state, local, and federal housing regulations
• Develop your leadership and business acumen in a supportive environment

What Makes You a Great Fit

Your Experience & Credentials

• 3 years of related maintenance experience
• High School Diploma, GED, or Trade/Technical/Vocational school education
• EPA 608 Certification (minimum Type II required)
• Valid driver's license
• CPO certification (if required by your location)

Your Skills & Mindset

• Strong technical knowledge across multiple maintenance disciplines
• Customer service excellence—you genuinely care about resident satisfaction
• Ability to work flexibly (including on-call emergency support)
• Comfortable with technology: Yardi or similar property management software, Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Cool under pressure with excellent problem-solving abilities

Schedule

• Full-time position with 8-hour shifts
• Monday through Friday, with weekend support as needed
