What You'll Do
Lead and Inspire
- Manage and mentor your service team to deliver outstanding results
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring every resident loves where they live
- Build strong vendor relationships and manage resources effectively
Apply Your Expertise
- Transform apartments into market-ready homes through painting, repairs, and quality finishing touches
- Resolve resident service requests promptly and professionally
- Leverage your diverse maintenance skills: plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, pool maintenance, and more
- Keep grounds, common areas, pools, and amenities pristine and safe

What Makes You a Great Fit
Your Experience & Credentials
- 3 years of related maintenance experience
- High School Diploma, GED, or Trade/Technical/Vocational school education
- EPA 608 Certification (minimum Type II required)
- Valid driver's license
- CPO certification (if required by your location)
Your Skills & Mindset
- Strong technical knowledge across multiple maintenance disciplines
- Customer service excellence—you genuinely care about resident satisfaction
- Ability to work flexibly (including on-call emergency support)
- Comfortable with technology: Yardi or similar property management software, Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Cool under pressure with excellent problem-solving abilities

Schedule
- Full-time position with 8-hour shifts
