Position Overview

We're looking for a sharp, motivated individual to join our Miami headquarters and dive deep into the full lifecycle of real estate investing. This isn't a desk job where you'll be stuck crunching numbers in isolation. You'll be involved from day one—sourcing deals, analyzing opportunities, managing existing assets, and working alongside a team that values initiative and fresh thinking.

Key Responsibilities

Think of this role as your real estate investment masterclass—except you're getting paid to learn:

• Build financial models that actually matter, using Excel and Argus to analyze new deals and existing properties
• Lead due diligence on acquisitions from start to finish—you'll become an expert at spotting opportunities and red flags
• Manage assets like they're your own, tracking performance, budgets, and cash flows
• Research markets to identify where the next big opportunity is hiding
• Create compelling presentations for partners, lenders, and internal stakeholders
• Coordinate with the dream team—from equity partners and lenders to architects and engineers
• Travel occasionally to check out our portfolio properties (yes, real site visits!)
• Report and strategize with leadership on weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance

What We're Looking For

We want someone who's smart, driven, and genuinely excited about real estate. Specifically, you should have:

• A bachelor's degree (real estate, finance, or business preferred—but we care more about what you can do)
• At least 3 years of experience in real estate, finance, banking, or investments
• Excel and Argus skills that would make a spreadsheet jealous—you can build models, run scenarios, and calculate returns in your sleep
• Strong communication skills—you'll be talking to everyone from our internal team to external partners, so clarity and confidence matter
• Analytical chops and the ability to wrangle large datasets into actionable insights
• Organizational superpowers—you can juggle multiple projects, prioritize like a pro, and get things done without someone looking over your shoulder
• Initiative and resourcefulness—we need self-starters who see a problem and solve it
• A passion for real estate and a genuine interest in growing with our firm
