What are the responsibilities and job description for the PM Bartender/Shift Manager - Fiesta's position at Fiesta's Restaurant & Lounge?
Fiesta's Restaurant is a family owned restaurant and neighborhood bar that has been established in Albuquerque for over 30 years. Fiesta's serves a wide variety of New Mexican and American food including breakfast, served all day. The cantina is reserved for our guests 21 years old and over. We are well known to our local community for beginning service at 7am to accommodate our night shift working community. We purchase the NFL Sunday ticket so all of our football lovers can enjoy their favorite game, as well as run continuous specials to attract our regulars and new guests. This is an evening/night shift position. Weekends are required. Restaurant hours are 7am-10pm.
The bartender/ key holder position is a bartending and food service job with pm closing responsibilities. Those duties include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure closing sidework is completed for all team members
-Balancing financials for the day
-Setting alarms and securing the property
-Communicating with upper management any and all concerns while on duty
-Ensure guest satisfaction for bar and restaurant guests
Qualified candidates must have:
-Valid alcohol certification
-Valid food handlers certification
-Excellent customer service skills
-At least 3 years of bartending experience
-At least 1 year of food service experience
-Computer literacy
-Exhibit responsibility and integrity
-No current issues with drugs and alcohol
-Be able to pass a background check
