Role Description The Clinical Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Savannah, GA, responsible for overseeing the clinical quality and integrity of services provided to children with autism. This role includes supervising and mentoring clinical staff, including BCBAs, RBTs, and other team members, to ensure consistent application of best practices in ABA and related therapeutic approaches. The Clinical Director will conduct clinical assessments, review treatment plans, monitor client progress, and provide guidance on complex cases. Daily responsibilities also include collaborating with families and caregivers, coordinating with other healthcare professionals, and ensuring compliance with ethical, regulatory, and documentation standards. The Clinical Director will contribute to program development, support staff training, and promote a positive, inclusive, and outcomes-focused clinical culture.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Psychology and Behavioral Health to guide assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions for children with autism.
- Experience in Clinical Supervision and Mental Health, including overseeing multidisciplinary teams, providing feedback, and supporting staff development.
- Relevant background in Medicine or related healthcare fields, with the ability to collaborate effectively with physicians and other clinical professionals.
- Advanced degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Social Work, Counseling, or a related clinical field; current BCBA or similar clinical licensure/certification strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience working with autistic children and their families, with a commitment to ethical, person-centered care.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
