Qualifications

- Background in engineering, operations, or supply chain within a technology, hardware, or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive-level reporting and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated skills in process improvement, data-driven decision-making, and problem solving using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or agile practices.
- Proficiency with collaboration and productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, G Suite, collaboration platforms like Teams, Zoom, or Slack).
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- Experience working in hybrid environments and leading cross-functional teams across multiple locations; prior exposure to global or distributed teams is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple concurrent initiatives, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
