THIS OPPORTUNITY IS FOR LOCAL STAFF ONLY!No travel accommodations will be provided.Fierce Staffing Services is seeking enthusiastic, energetic, and professional teammates to join us for the 2026 Super Bowl Experience at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, CA!As a member of our team, you’ll help create unforgettable fan experiences by engaging with attendees, assisting with event activities, and ensuring everyone enjoys their time at this world-class event. You’ll need to bring positive energy, a strong customer service mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with large crowds.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and engage with fans to ensure an exceptional experience.Provide helpful information and customer service to attendees.Assist with crowd management, event flow, and answering fan inquiries.Support various activity zones to ensure smooth operations.Maintain a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor at all times.QualificationsCustomer service, hospitality, or event staffing experience preferred.Comfortable working in large crowds and high-energy environments.Ability to stand or walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours).Must be available to work a minimum of four (4) shifts during event week.Must attend mandatory in-person training prior to the event (January 31, 2026)Schedule & AvailabilityOnsite Training: January 31, 2026Event Dates: Sunday, February 1, 2026 – Saturday, February 7, 2026Shifts will be scheduled throughout event week.Open availability during these dates is strongly preferred.Exact training times and shift schedules will be provided closer to the event.Pay Rate: $22/ HourAttireAll-black business casual attire with comfortable closed-toe shoes.Branded gear may be provided.PerksBe part of one of the most iconic sporting events in the world!Opportunity to engage with football fans from across the globe.Gain valuable experience working at a large-scale, high-profile event.Eligible for future opportunities, rewards, and incentives with Fierce Staffing nationwide.About UsFierce Staffing Services LLC is a woman- and minority-owned business bringing quality talent to the hospitality and events industry since 2017.
