Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and driven Sales Representative to help expand our client base. This role involves meeting with potential customers, generating leads, creating estimates, and closing deals for landscaping projects.

Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on leads (company-provided and self-generated)
- Meet with homeowners and clients to assess project needs
- Create and present estimates for landscaping services
- Close sales and maintain strong customer relationships
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth project execution
- Represent Fierce Landscape professionally in the field and community
- Build referral networks and ongoing client relationships
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to manage time and work independently
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to learn landscaping services and pricing
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required
Compensation & Growth
- 100% commission-based pay (no cap on earnings)
