We’re looking for a Sourcing Analyst (Procurement) to join the FieldTurf team, a world leader in artificial turf with over 25,000 installations worldwide. Trusted at every level, FieldTurf is at the surface of NFL and MLS stadiums, renowned collegiate programs, elite high schools, and local community venues. Reporting to the Sr. Sourcing Manager, the Sourcing Analyst oversees the daily procurement operations, ensuring timely material delivery through supplier coordination, order management, and cost tracking. Using data analysis, forecasting, and contract compliance, the role drives efficient sourcing and improved procurement performance.
This is a hybrid role based out of the Calhoun office.

What you’ll do:
Own the purchase order process – from issuance to delivery – ensuring accurate, on-time supply of materials
Keep supply on track by monitoring inventory, forecasting demand, and coordinating with logistics and planning teams
Build and manage supplier relationships – onboard new partners, review performance, and resolve delivery or compliance issues
Forecast and analyze demand to allocate volumes, identify gaps, and minimize business risk
Track pricing and market trends to spot cost-saving opportunities and support contract negotiations
Solve problems fast by investigating disruptions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving root-cause resolutions
What you need for success:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (preferred)
2+ years in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain operations
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in ERP systems, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Clear communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Bonus Points
Experience with supplier scorecards and performance metrics
Exposure to global sourcing or logistics
Familiarity with cost analysis and negotiation support
