The individual selected will have the ability to grow and cultivate their own dynamic Sales Team with a strong support system in Northern California's Sacramento Region. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, recruiting and team management for Direct Sales in Sacramento, management of the current Sacramento books of business for Events, as well as implementation of new initiatives for our Residential Canvassing.


Applicants with a proven track record in recruiting and teaching mastery of Direct Sales to both entry-level and experienced representatives with a passion for sustainable agriculture and prior canvassing leadership experience will be given first consideration for the position.

Prerequisites:

- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent

- 4 Years prior selling experience

- 2-4 Years Sales Management Experience


Job Requirements:

- Availability for a Tuesday - Saturday schedule, hours shifting with the season to complement daylight

- Recruiting/Hiring

- Team Management/Organization – Ability to grow and lead a team of up to 15 Representatives at multiple positions and varying stages of development

- Direct Sales and Marketing Experience

- Experience in Account Management

- Hand-on experience with CRMs, Excel, Google Docs, Outlook

- Current CA Driver’s License and proof of insurance or liability. Clean DMV Record.

- Team leadership including organization and implementation of structure and motivational techniques

- Ability to lead by example

- Exemplary track record in team building, productivity, and exceeding sales expectations

- Creativity and ability to learn and thrive in a cohesive managerial environment

- Basic Accounting Skills and Budget Management

Compensation:

Competitive base salary plus a multi-tiered commission structure based on team, as well as individual performance. Specific details will be disclosed during the interview process.

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
