The Opportunity (Texas Launch)
We’re seeking a seasoned Texas title operations leader ready to help scale the fastest growing title company in the nation into one of its most important markets.
This is a true ground-floor leadership role. You will architect the foundation of our Texas operation:
- Systems
- Staffing
- Escrow and settlement operations
- Compliance and audit readiness
- Vendor and underwriter relationships
- Market partnerships
- Client experience
You will have full executive backing, strong capitalization, and the authority to build a Texas platform that moves quickly and scales responsibly.
You won’t inherit legacy problems.
You’ll build the model others try to copy.
What You’ll Do
- Build the Texas Blueprint
Design the operational and escrow framework required to scale a high-volume Texas title agency.
- Hire & Lead
Recruit, train, and mentor escrow officers, processors, closers, and support staff.
- Drive Market Growth
Develop partnerships with Texas Realtors, lenders, builders, attorneys, and investors.
- Own Compliance
Maintain full compliance with Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) rules, audits, remittances, and underwriter standards.
- Modernize the Closing Experience
Implement technology, transparency, and speed across every client touchpoint.
- Set the Standard
Establish KPIs, funding controls, escrow procedures, and quality benchmarks.
- Think Beyond One Office
Collaborate on multi-market Texas expansion and long-term statewide growth.
What You Bring
- 5 years in Texas title or escrow leadership
- Deep understanding of Texas title insurance law, escrow operations, and TDI compliance
- Proven experience scaling operations or launching new offices
- Strong business instincts and partnership-building ability
- Builder mentality — calm under pressure, decisive, and resourceful
- Comfort operating in a fast-growth, startup-style environment
