Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Covington, GA. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing outstanding service to clients by addressing inquiries, handling requests, and resolving concerns promptly and professionally. Day-to-day tasks include answering phone calls, assisting customers in the showroom, maintaining product knowledge to recommend solutions, and liaising with the sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
