What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk & Client Greeter position at Fieldstone Animal Inn?
Fieldstone Animal Inn of Millersville, MD is currently hiring for an energetic and hard-working part time Front Desk & Customer Greeter to join our dog daycare team. This position works 22-29 hours per week and earns a competitive wage of $16.00 per hour. We pay commission for this position as well, if you're a salesperson you'll have an opportunity to increase your hourly wage every pay period!
Job duties include going out to client cars and greeting them, asking for information about their dog and relaying that info to pet techs. Computer skills needed to log dogs in and out, confirm information, process payment, check email. Excellent phone skills, manners and voice are also needed. You must be comfortable making eye contact with our clients and able to speak professionally and clearly. Attention to detail is a must. You will need to work outside in all weather conditions to greet clients at their vehicle.
Ability to work weekends and holidays are required.
We would like each candidate to be able to work a combination of the shifts and they MUST be able to train during the week with our Customer Service Reps so they can work independently on the weekends.
Salary : $16 - $18
