Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Richardson, TX, for a Finance Accounting Manager. The successful candidate will oversee financial and accounting processes, ensure accurate financial reporting, manage budgeting activities, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making. Day-to-day responsibilities will include preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and conducting detailed financial analysis to drive company growth and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience with Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, and ensuring accuracy in reporting processes
- Strong expertise in Finance and Budgeting to manage company resources responsibly
- Proven Analytical Skills for identifying trends, risks, and opportunities in financial data
- Knowledge of financial regulations and ability to ensure compliance
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA certification is a plus)
