Must be willing to work 1 weekend day.
Responsibilities :
- Attractively prepare meals that are appealing and tasty and served at the right temperature per the menu and schedule
- Prepare special limited diets per policy
- Identify menu errors and makes appropriate corrections as needed, bring the necessary changes to the Director of Culinary’s attention
- Properly store, date, and rotate food per food handling guidelines
- Follow kitchen cleaning schedule
- Relate to residents in a courteous, empathetic, and cooperative manner
- Keep environment safe and clean
- Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor
- Carry and posses a working knowledge of community paging system
