Today, we are a 15‑person team producing high‑quality decorated apparel for small businesses, local sports programs, schools, nonprofits, and nationwide firms.
We are a modern, creative, community‑rooted shop — and we are looking for a polished, relationship‑driven Local Sales Representative to join us.
Role Overview
- Build and grow relationships with local businesses, schools, teams, and organizations
- Develop new business through outreach, networking, and community involvement
- Maintain long‑term accounts with consistent, reliable service
- Collaborate with production to ensure accurate, high‑quality orders
- Represent FIELDS printwear with professionalism and authenticity
Hybrid Schedule
Training Phase (First 4–6 Weeks)
- 4 days in‑office
- 1 day remote/field time
After Training
- 2–3 days in‑office
- 2–3 days remote/field time
Office days: quoting, follow‑ups, team meetings Field days: client visits, outreach, networking

Compensation
- $40,000 base salary
- 10% commission on new business
- 4% residual commission on repeat orders
Earning Potential:
- Year 1: ~$70,000
- Year 3: ~$100,000
- Year 5: ~$120,000
