Responsibilities
Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealershipTest-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipmentDiagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairsExecuting repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications **Pay: $ per booked hour DOE
Qualifications
4 years of Service Technician experience requiredA level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine RepairMust hold a high school diploma or equivalentExcellent customer service skillsBasic Computer skillsPositive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentalityEnjoy working in a fast paced environmentTeam playerValid Driver's License with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record according to dealership guidelinesAbility to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipmentPhysical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
