Assistant Beach Volleyball Coach (Part-Time) We are seeking a part-time Assistant Coach to join our Beach Volleyball program. Our athletes are talented, competitive, and eager to improve, and we compete in a strong, challenging region. We’re looking for someone who brings positive energy, strong volleyball knowledge, and a willingness to hold athletes accountable while pushing them to reach the next level. Beach volleyball presents a unique challenge: managing two courts simultaneously. During practices and matches, you will take primary responsibility for one court, serving as the coach the athletes rely on for instruction, feedback, and motivation. The ability to balance teaching fundamentals, strategy, and in-the-moment coaching is essential. Qualifications & Traits Volleyball playing experience required (beach experience preferred but not required) Positive, energetic, and team-oriented Comfortable pushing athletes while maintaining a supportive environment Strong communicator who can build trust and confidence Ability to manage and coach independently during practices and matches If you enjoy developing athletes, embracing the unique demands of beach volleyball, and contributing to a competitive and growing program, we’d love to hear from you.
