Tree climber requirements:
- 3 years of professional tree climbing and tree care experience.
- Strong knowledge of proper pruning, removals, rigging, and climbing techniques.
- Ability to safely operate and maintain climbing and tree care equipment.
- Knowledge of tree and shrub identification, including common pests and tree diseases.
- Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and teamwork.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to and from work
Key responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality tree and shrub pruning, removals, climbing, rigging, and related tree care services for residential and commercial clients.
- Safely operate and maintain climbing, rigging, and tree care equipment.
- Maintain safe, efficient, and professional work practices on every job.
- Operate company vehicles, including large trucks used for towing equipment.
- Work with customers to provide high-quality service and satisfaction
- Perform ground operations, jobsite cleanup, and other duties as needed.
The tree climber position:
- Will receive required equipment and resources needed to perform your job safely and effectively.
- Includes medical and dental benefits after a 60-day interim period

This position starts at $25.00/hour based on skills and job performance. Benefits include medical, dental, and more, after the waiting period.
