FieldBridge Energy seeks some Maintenance Assistants and Electronic Technicians to work for the world's largest oilfield service company. Weekly pay Benefits.

Pay / Schedule: $23-$25/hr DOE. 2 W X 2 W, ~12 hour shifts. At 80 hours per week and $25/hr, earn weekly paychecks of $2,500 gross.

Maintenance Assistant

The Maintenance Assistant supports equipment readiness by ensuring tools and assets are prepared, delivered on time, and maintained according to operational requirements. This role contributes to improving utilization, reliability, and efficiency within the maintenance function.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform tasks assigned by the Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, or Technician.
  • Work under direct supervision of Technicians or Maintenance Supervisors.
  • Carry out low-level, noninvasive maintenance activities.
  • Ensure equipment is maintained in alignment with the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), maintenance programs, and standard work procedures.
  • Follow transactional processes in TLM systems to accurately record materials, supplies, labor hours, parts usage, equipment movements, work orders, and maintenance performance history.
  • Comply with Division TLM standards and operational expectations.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and remedial action plans to enhance asset utilization and reduce Cost of Service Delivery (CoSD).
  • Support efficiency and productivity improvements for Maintenance Technicians.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand tools or shop equipment.
  • Ability to enter data and document work accurately within maintenance or tracking systems.

Electronic Technician

The Electronic Technician is responsible for ensuring equipment is prepared and delivered on time to meet operational demands. This role focuses on reducing nonproductive maintenance time, improving asset reliability, and increasing productivity within the Maintenance Base (MB).

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain assigned equipment in accordance with maintenance programs and reliability-centered maintenance strategies, following the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and standard work procedures.
  • Record materials, supplies, labor hours, equipment history, work orders, movements, parts usage, and maintenance duration within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems.
  • Comply with TLM Product Line standards and procedures.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset utilization and reduce Cost of Service Delivery (CoSD).
  • Contribute to efforts that reduce asset turnaround time, including minimizing maintenance delays, parts-related downtime, failures, and work-in-process time.
  • Support productivity improvements for Maintenance Technicians.
  • Assist with CoSD improvement projects, including planned repair and reuse of components.
  • Participate in equipment failure investigations when assigned.
  • Adhere to the TLM Competency Management System requirements.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Basic understanding of electronics, circuitry, or component-level troubleshooting.
  • Ability to read and follow technical instructions, schematics, or maintenance documentation.
  • Ability to accurately enter data and maintain records within maintenance or tracking systems.
