Electrical Site Leadership – Foreman to Superintendent
Field – Indianapolis, Indiana
We're seeking experienced electrical field leaders — Experienced Foreman, General Foreman, or Site Superintendent level — to support commercial projects throughout Southern Indiana. Location: Indiana-based, with travel to job sites across Southern Indiana.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead jobsite crews (Foremen, Journeymen, Electricians, Apprentices) and oversee commercial electrical installations per contract documents and code (NEC/OSHA)
- Manage daily reports, scheduling, manpower, and jobsite logistics
- Run toolbox talks, enforce safety standards, and maintain QA/QC and as-built documentation
- Coordinate with PMs, GCs, inspectors, and clients
- Train and mentor field personnel; support workforce planning
- Senior-level candidates may also oversee fleet, tool mobilization, and multi-site logistics
Qualifications
- 5 years as a Journeyman Electrician on commercial projects, with prior leadership experience (Foreman, General Foreman, or Superintendent)
- OSHA 10/30 certified; Master Electrician license a plus
- Strong NEC knowledge and blueprint/schematic reading ability
- Comfortable operating lifts, trenchers, backhoes, and standard electrical tools
- Strong leadership, communication, and safety-first mindset
Salary : $100,000 - $160,000
