We are seeking a seasoned Chief Electrical Estimator to lead our estimating department in either Indianapolis, IN or Denver, CO.

The Role:
- Lead & Strategize: Direct all estimating processes, including technical standards and department-wide staffing/training.
- Collaborate: Work alongside Directors of Project Management, Engineering, and Design to provide solution-oriented design-build proposals.
- Negotiate: Build and maintain high-level relationships with vendor partners, manufacturers, and subcontractors.
- Technical Oversight: Provide final review of all estimates, ensuring compliance with NEC and local utility requirements.
Requirements:
- 10 Years of electrical industry estimating experience.
- Master Electrical License (Required).
- Software Proficiency: Extensive experience with Accubid and Microsoft Office.
- Design-Build Mindset: Expert knowledge in equipment layout, load calculations, and diagrammatic one-lines.
