We are currently seeking skilled Technicians for a one-time External Cradlepoint REVISIT - Louisville, KY 40229. This is a great opportunity for professionals with experience in Cradlepoint Troubleshooting looking for short-term work with competitive pay!

Project Scope:
Tech to troubleshoot a slow link speed Cradlepoint. Tech to bring a 10' ladder to reach the Cradlepoint installed on one of the outside walls of the bank. Please refer to the pictures uploaded in the client documents of this work order to see the Cradlepoint actual location and the POE injector located in the NER.
Tech will start troubleshooting with the weather cap and testing the cable. If needed, the tech will re-terminate the cable ends to see if this works. There will also be a cable shipped to the site (refer to the FEDEX shipment information in the special instructions section of this work order) in case we need to replace the cable connected to the Cradlepoint, but this will be the last step if the Cradlepoint doesn't get to 1000FD speed link.
Also, get the INC # in the special instructions section of this work order for access to the bank.
Required Tools/Materials:
- Microsoft Teams App for communication with support
- 300ft Cat6 CMR Cable
- RJ45s (10 minimum)
- 8-10ft ladder
- Standard low voltage tools to terminate/test/label cable, including cable toner and wire map tester
- 100ft fish tape, push rods, pull string
- Screwdriver set (including star bits)
- Crimper
- Socket set (including 15/16", 9/16" and 3/4")
- Hammer Drill with 1 1/8" bits for wood/masonry/metal (up to 18 inches in length)
- Toggle bolts
- Caulk
- Label maker with printing tape
- Zip ties
- Windows laptop with ethernet port (1 gig capable/1000FD link speed) & charger
- Phone & charger
Required Deliverables:
- BEFORE PICTURES
- CABLE TEST PICTURES
- Photo showing weather termination cap installed correctly (with all gaskets)
- Photos of cable run (interior AND across roof)
- Photos showing Ditek (showing connections)
- Photos showing connections to the POE injector
- POE next to UPS
- Photo showing POE injector plugged into UPS - correct outlet, must be confirmed by LMI
- Wire Map tests of all cables used on site
- Screenshot of speed test on laptop (when connected to patch cord from POE)
- Screenshot of uplink speed (must be 1000FD)
- After photos of the network room showing no trash or boxes left on site
- Complete Manager sign-off
- Return package contents if applicable
