*Job Description*
We are looking for an ambitious Host/Hostess to join our fast-paced, busy environment. You’ll perform routine restaurant tasks such as customer service, serving food & beverages, and necessary cleaning duties. A great Host/Hostess will be quick, diligent and willing to improve on the job. You will be deft and able to follow instructions as well as all health and safety rules. The ideal candidate will also be able to function as a part of a Team.

*Duties & Responsibilities*
· Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists
· Manage reservations
· Escort customers to assigned dining or bar areas
· Greet customers upon their arrival/departure
· Coordinate with wait staff about available seating options
· Maintain a clean reception area
· Answer incoming calls and address customers’ queries
· Assist wait staff as needed
*Qualifications & Experience*
· Previous work experience as a Host/Hostess preferred
· Understanding of restaurant etiquette
· Familiarity with health and safety regulations
· Experience in managing reservations
· Demonstrable customer-service skills
· Excellent communication skills (via phone and in-person)
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire dining and bar area
· Good physical condition to walk and stand during an entire shift
