Lead Financial Strategy in Manufacturing Innovation

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Leadership & Planning: Partner with operational leadership and the CFO to drive annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, capital project analysis, and executive performance dashboards.

• Accounting & Internal Controls: Oversee month-end/year-end closing, GAAP compliance, internal controls, AP/AR, payroll, and external audit/tax management.

• Cost Accounting Excellence: Lead standard costing, inventory valuation, variance analysis, and operational margin enhancements.

• Administrative & IT Oversight: Manage IT operations and vendor relationships (MSP and onsite technician), assist with legal contract reviews, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

Core Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; active CPA required.

• 6 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including 3 years in direct team leadership.

• Demonstrated experience in manufacturing, industrial equipment, or heavy machinery sectors.

• Deep expertise in GAAP, cost accounting, standard costing, variance analysis, and ERP systems utilization.
