What You’ll Do
- Lead dynamic, virtual onboarding sessions for clinical team members on a bi-weekly basis
- Create engaging learning materials—from live content to videos and tutorials
- Manage a multi-week onboarding calendar, ensuring smooth and supportive transitions
- Use feedback and data to continuously refine and update training programs
- Collaborate with internal experts to ensure multidisciplinary rigor and alignment
- Administer and report on training progress through a Learning Management System (LMS)
- Be a warm, consistent presence in new hires' onboarding experience
What You’ll Bring
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- 4 years of clinical experience in ABA, preferably in multidisciplinary settings
- At least 1 year of experience training BCBAs or clinical staff
- Proven ability to design and deliver engaging, adult-focused learning content
- Strong communication skills, technological fluency, and a passion for elevating others
