Position Summary:We are seeking a friendly, dependable Full-Time Dining Room Server to join our dining services team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, providing excellent service, and contributing to a positive community environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve meals to residents in a professional, timely, and courteous manner
- Set up and clear tables before and after meals
- Assist residents with meal selections and ensure special dietary needs are met
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the dining room
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth meal service & cleaning process
- Provide a warm, engaging dining experience for all residents Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable, professional, and compassionate attitude.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
