As the newest addition to our team, the Receptionist will play a pivotal role in scheduling client appointments for two attorneys, to greeting clients and keeping a neat and welcoming reception area. The ideal candidate is organized, diligent, and can work both independently and as part of a team.
Role Description
The Legal Receptionist is the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers at the law firm. This role involves managing the front desk, handling inquiries, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Qualifications
- Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
- Experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role, preferably a legal setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
