Role Description
The Senior Manufacturing Assembler is responsible for assembling manufactured products in accordance with engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standards. With 5 years of hands-on manufacturing experience, this role serves as a subject-matter expert on the production floor, supporting productivity, quality, and continuous improvement efforts while mentoring less experienced assemblers.
Qualifications
- Proficiency with Hand Tools and Power Tools
- Experience in Mechanical Assembly and Soldering techniques
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and safety protocols
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to meet physical requirements, including standing for long periods and lifting heavy components
- Previous experience in aerospace or precision manufacturing is a plus
