This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchasing Buyer located in Pensacola, FL. The Purchasing Buyer will be responsible for managing purchasing processes, issuing and tracking purchase orders, and negotiating with suppliers. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate procurement records, analyzing costs, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of materials and services.
- Strong knowledge of Purchasing Processes and proficiency in handling Purchase Orders
- Demonstrated skills in Purchasing and effective supplier negotiations
- Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate procurement options and cost efficiency
- Effective Communication abilities for interacting with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Proficiency with procurement software and tools is an advantage
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Previous experience in a related field is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related discipline is a plus
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
