Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant based in Pensacola, FL. The role requires managing administrative tasks for the Senior Leadership Team including the CEO and reports to the head of Finance. The Administrative Assistant will also handle correspondence, provide executive-level support, and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations by performing clerical duties efficiently and professionally.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and Clerical tasks to manage office operations seamlessly
- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Calendar Management for supporting leadership and scheduling needs
- Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills for professional interactions with colleagues and clients
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in an executive administrative role or similar setting is beneficial
- Proficiency with office software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in Business Administration or a related field is a plus
