Sales Support/Driver

Overview

Field Fort is looking for an experienced professional to our dynamic team as a Sales Support/Driver. In this role you will operate a company vehicle; execute deliveries to and from our facilities; carefully transport, handle, and manage product and inventory; as well as support our sales teams on and off the floor. The ideal candidate is punctual, presentable, and able to execute daily responsibilities in a timely manner.

Shift Hours: Thursday-Monday or Friday-Tuesday 7:30AM-4PM

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicle between sites
• Load, unload, and organize products
• Follow all DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations, traffic laws, and safety protocols during route driving and delivery activities
• Ensure adequate and timely delivery of goods between sites while providing excellent professional communication with and between teams
• Adhere to safe lifting practices when handling heavy or bulky items to prevent injury or damage
• Maintain clean driving record and effectively communicate company vehicle needs
• Assist with inventory operations when not on the road, supporting sales floor stocking, moving/retrieving inventory needs, and front of house needs.

Skills

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, manual handling, or delivery driving roles
• Valid CA Drivers License and experience driving Sprinter Van (or like vehicle)
• Ability to load & unload cargo efficiently
• Strong knowledge of traffic regulations, DOT compliance, and weight handling in the workplace
• Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude
• Comfortable using computers and work apps
• Ability to properly receive deliveries and verify correlated paperwork
