About the Position
Field Day Parties provides high-energy, fun and organized entertainment for children's birthday parties and events. As a Party Expert, you'll travel to backyards, parks and local facilities, bringing excitement to every celebration. Most of our events take place in Bergen County, NJ and surrounding areas. You'll lead engaging games and activities for kids of all ages, running the show as parents watch and enjoy the fun. You'll also handle setup and breakdown of game equipment and supplies, keeping everything organized and efficient. A key part of your role is creating a safe, inclusive and fun environment where everyone feels welcome. As a representative of Field Day Parties, you'll bring professionalism, energy and enthusiasm, leaving a lasting positive impression on all participants!
Qualifications
- Experience: A background in working with children in settings such as camps, schools, or sports programs *TEACHER CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED*
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Personality: A high-energy, friendly demeanor with a positive attitude.
- Transportation: Dependable personal transportation to ensure timely arrival at event locations.
- Availability: Flexibility to work weekends and weekdays as required.
