On site supervision of commercial interior construction projects. 10 years experience completing projects in high rise buildings. Excellent communication skills required. Create project specific construction schedules. Efficiently coordinate and schedule all subcontracted and self performed work tasks. Adhere to and enforce all building specific work rules. Manage the RFI process in a timely manner including possible solutions to construction challenges.
Salary : $170,000 - $210,000
