Core Responsibilities (All Service Support Roles)
Service Execution
- Maintain continuous readiness by restocking water, napkins, silverware, condiments, cups, and to-go supplies
- Support servers and bartenders by clearing, resetting, and maintaining table/bar readiness to maximize speed and turns
- Maintain dining room and bar presentation standards throughout service (floors, chairs, booths, stations)
- Respond to guest needs promptly and escalate issues to the appropriate team member when needed
- Operate with urgency to support ticket times and overall guest experience
Cleanliness & Organization
- Reset tables to company standards: sanitize, wipe, and re-set properly before seating the next guests
- Maintain stations (bus tubs, trash liners, sanitizer buckets, towels, supplies) fully stocked and organized
- Transport dishes and glassware to dish promptly to prevent back-ups and maintain service flow
- Sanitize high-touch surfaces consistently during service (assigned areas)
- Handle spills immediately and keep walkways safe and clear
Team Support (How We Win Shifts)
- Stay aware and jump in without being asked—if a station is behind, you help
- Maintain a team-first mindset: do what’s needed to protect service flow and guest experience
- Assist with side work, restocks, and resets across the building when your primary area is locked in
- Keep professionalism and composure under pressure—busy nights require discipline
- Follow systems and checklists every shift so execution stays consistent
Position-Specific Duties
Busser
- Pre-bus and full-bus tables; reset immediately to standard
- Maintain dining room cleanliness (under tables, chair seats, high-traffic areas)
- Keep service stations stocked and organized; support servers with quick runs as needed
Barback
- Keep the bar stocked at all times (ice, glassware, mixers, garnishes, beer/wine supplies, bar tools)
- Maintain clean glassware flow and bar station cleanliness during service
- Prep bar backups as assigned (fruit, garnish trays, refills; label/date where required)
- Assist with deliveries, storage organization, and FIFO rotation
Performance Standards (Non-Negotiables)
- Speed accuracy: fast hands, correct setups, clean stations
- Hustle: constant motion during service—no standing around
- Team-first mindset: do what’s needed to win the shift
- Clean as you go: you don’t “clean later”
- Reliability: on time, consistent effort, accountable execution
Requirements
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to ~50 lbs
- Comfortable in loud, fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Restaurant experience preferred (we train the right attitude)
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $3,489.39 - $4,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 40 per week
