About The Role
As a Junior Automation Developer, you'll play a key role in building and maintaining automated test coverage for our platform. You'll work closely with engineering, product, and QA teams to ensure our applications are reliable and deliver a seamless experience to our users. Key Responsibilities
The work schedule for this position will be primarily Monday – Friday at our Berwyn, PA office, during typical business hours; however, based on the operational needs of this rapidly growing company, some work outside of typical business hours may be required.

About The Role
As a Junior Automation Developer, you'll play a key role in building and maintaining automated test coverage for our platform. You'll work closely with engineering, product, and QA teams to ensure our applications are reliable and deliver a seamless experience to our users. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright and JavaScript
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate test development, improve coverage, and streamline day-to-day automation tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and define test strategies
- Execute and monitor automated test suites, analyze results, and report issues
- Contribute to the evolution of our automation framework and tooling
- Document test cases, results, and automation processes
- Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and retrospectives
- Support continuous integration and deployment efforts through test automation
- 2-4 years of experience in software development or test automation
- Familiarity with JavaScript
- Exposure to Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or similar automation tools
- Comfort using AI tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Claude) to support development and problem-solving
- Understanding of software testing principles and QA methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
- Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
- Exposure to REST APIs and backend testing
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum development processes
- Candidate must be self-motivated, adaptable, and show initiative
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to remain composed in critical deadline situations

Salary : $72,000 - $90,000
