What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Coordinator position at Fidus Roofing, Construction & Pavers?
Expectations and Accountabilities
1. Process all documents for recording with county or city districts, pull permits, and submit to HOA’s for approval
2. Communicate with the homeowners to schedule roofing installations
3. Coordinate with the Project Manager to schedule projects and inform sales team
4. Upload contracts and documents for each homeowner in Job Nimbus
5. Confirm color and project materials to be ordered with various vendors
6. Schedule construction debris dumpsters, and material deliveries for each project site
7. Schedule project start with the County or City Inspection Departments
8. Prepare product approval packets for permitting and inspections to be posted on the job site for final inspections
9. Inform municipalities of product approval numbers for the materials being used on the job
10. Write up and send job start sheets to all Project Managers for each new job
11. Meet with Project Managers as needed to discuss problems and jobs
12. File Warranty documentation with the Vendor that supplied the roofing material at project completion, once the Invoice has been paid
13. Prepare a Close Out Packet to send to the Homeowner
14. Participate in weekly Production Meeting presenting updates for the Roofing Department
15. Record Lien Releases in Simplifile permit system
16. File Certificate of Completion with municipality and inform homeowner of final inspection outcome
17. Complete cost/budget analysis of projects as needed
18. Track ongoing job material costs as needed
19. Create and maintain various project documents and records
20. Maintain OSHA Report 300-A for Workers Compensation insurance
21. Meet with the safety representative on a regular basis
22. Maintain all job safety records and upload into JobNimbus
VI. Education and Certifications
High School Diploma/GED
VII. Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years customer service experience (construction industry preferred)Computer Skills such as Microsoft Office and to be able to navigate in our CRM Program, Job Nimbus.
