Expectations and Accountabilities

Responsibilities
1. Meet with clients to find out exactly what they envision for the design of pavers, roofs, or gutters.
2. Use expertise to build a plan for the customer.
3. Take measurements to get a baseline and assess the need for the project at the client's house.
4. Create and sell a design that will exceed the expectations of the client.
5. Coordinate with teammates and Sales Manager to get the project started and organize and communicate with clients, and everyone involved throughout the project.
6. Maintain a complete understanding of customer needs and monitor their preferences.
7. Utilize networking opportunities, current contacts, door knocking, or creative thinking to generate leads to meet and exceed sales.
8. Interact with the client “as needed” from initial contact through final completion and payment.
9. Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions.
10. Write the contract and answer related questions.
11. Develop a plan, set sales goals, create a sales plan to build the business.
12. Capable of receiving instructions and explaining the roofing process to a customer.
13. Able to abide safety requirements, including the use of proper protective gear, and fall protection.
14. Perform all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, as well as applicable professional standards to provide all internal/external customers with excellent service experience at all times.
Qualifications
1. 2-3 years' experience in Sales preferred
2. Professional appearance and demeanor
3. Able to pass a drug screening and background check
4. Must be 21 or over with a valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and a reliable mode of transportation to and from work
5. Knowledge of various hardscapes, roofing, and gutter materials
6. Creative design sensibilities where function ability and aesthetics are key in designs and detail
7. Must be comfortable climbing and walking on roofs
8. Ability to lift and climb up and down ladders
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
