Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Charlotte, NC. The Real Estate Agent will prospect and build relationships with commercial buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants, maintaining a robust pipeline of opportunities. Daily responsibilities include conducting property tours, preparing and presenting listings, analyzing market data, and advising clients on pricing, lease terms, and investment potential. The role involves negotiating purchase agreements and leases, coordinating with lenders, attorneys, inspectors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions. The agent will also prepare marketing materials, manage online listings, attend networking events, and maintain accurate records within internal systems. Qualifications:
- Active Real Estate License (or the ability to obtain one within a defined timeframe) and a strong understanding of Real Property fundamentals.
