As a valued team member of Fiduciary Family Office, this critical role provides the overall operational support for the team and our clients. You will oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring that all activities are aligned with the office’s goals and strategies. This role involves managing financial operations, client servicing, administrative functions, and compliance to ensure a seamless experience for our clients and the office. You will have the ability to take initiative with an organized thoughtful approach and should be enthusiastic in performing operational duties to support client service.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee daily operations, coordinating with team members to streamline processes and improve workflows
· Manage client servicing requests, including cash transfers, bill payments, monitor cash flow, funding, and financial planning activities
· Preparing custodial paperwork, meeting deliverables, addressing custodial alerts, and following up to confirm task completion
· Assist in preparing allocation worksheets and implementing investment strategies
· Ensure effective communication within the office, with clients, and external partners
· Professional attitude and demeanor, personal integrity and honesty
Position Requirements:
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or similar role, preferably within a family office or wealth management environment
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word
· Ability to proactively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
· Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills
· Detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
· Strong commitment to service excellence
· Ideal candidates will have financial/accounting background and/or industry experience
Experience and Education:
· A bachelor's degree and minimum 5 years related same work experience preferred
· Certified Financial Planner™ Designation preferred
· Experience working with Charles Schwab’s custodian platform, eMoney, and Black Diamond preferred
Hours:
· This is a full-time in-office position with hours from 8:30AM – 5:30PM, with an understanding that there may need to be flexibility based on client, advisor, and/or management needs
