PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION: To proactively support Financial Managers, Client Advisors, and others in the organization in delivering a best‑in‑class client experience.
OUTCOMES:
- Analyze financial information and prepare accurate, timely materials that effectively support Financial Managers and Client Advisors.
- Partner with Client Operations Specialists and administrative staff to ensure transactions are processed accurately and completed on time.
- Demonstrate leadership by proactively anticipating needs, responding to questions, and recommending appropriate solutions.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Utilize advanced knowledge of practices, procedures, and historical client information to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Prepare accurate and timely materials for the Financial Managers and Client Advisors for financial planning, foundation, and/or client meetings, including cash flows, spending rate analysis, eMoney presentations, and other reports as needed.
- Analyze financial information, research relevant data, and provide recommendations to Financial Managers and Client Advisors to support informed decision making.
- Processes foundation and trust grants using the grants management database in accordance with the Grants Processing Checklist.
- Oversee client cash flow activity to ensure sufficient liquidity for client needs, proactively identifying and communicating potential shortfalls to Financial Managers.
- Oversee the preparation of checks and wires by Client Operations Specialists, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely approval of all outgoing payments.
- Serve as the primary backup for Financial Managers, maintaining seamless professional client communication via email and phone when needed.
- Review clients’ semi‑annual reports for accuracy, completeness, and clarity.
- Build strong, respectful working relationships across departments by actively participating in multi‑department projects, fostering collaboration, and supporting shared team goals.
- Participate in company projects and initiatives as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in accounting, business or finance.
- Minimum 5 years related experience.
- Advanced level Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, Adobe Pro, Power BI and PowerPoint required.
- Experience with financial planning software preferred.
Salary : $79,000 - $95,000
