What You’ll Do
As a Client Concierge, you’ll be a key part of delivering an exceptional client experience while supporting our advisor team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing client meeting materials, attending meetings as needed, and completing follow‑up tasks
- Serving as a friendly first point of contact by answering incoming calls and assisting clients with routine service requests
- Processing transactions and money movement at the direction of advisors
- Maintaining accurate client records, submitting forms, and uploading documents
- Processing client checks, forms, and administrative paperwork
- Managing advisor calendars, scheduling meetings, and keeping workflows organized
- Assisting with special projects and firm initiatives
- Ensuring all work complies with Fiduciam Financial, Ameriprise Financial, and regulatory standards
