Manager, Data Analytics and Insights

Job Description: As a Manager within the WI Internal Analytics, Insights and Reporting team this person will be focused on bringing deep data expertise to support internal analytic initiatives and projects. These initiatives will drive improvement and efficiencies for Fidelity Workplace Investing (WI) across a diverse array of solutions and approaches. You will partner to build cross-functional relationships with business and analytics colleagues. The Expertise We’re Looking For ·Bachelors or equivalent with 2 years of experience. ·Experience working with data environments and strong knowledge in querying language and/or querying applications to create, manipulate and transform large datasets. Working experience with Adobe Analytics or equivalent platforms like Google Analytics. Working experience with PowerBI, Tableau or equivalent data visualization tools. Experience in interacting with cross functional partners within the organization and crafting presentations that convey the data narrative. Financial industry experience, a plus. The Purpose of Your Role You will serve as Manager for analytics and insights work reporting on the various improvement initiatives that cut across our Workplace (WI) business units. You will play a key role in our overall transformation to a platform enabled and capability-led Digital Future to benefit our clients and participants. You will drive leading class analytics and insight generation--harnessing our underlying platforms that collect and deliver millions of interactions and transactions across our channels (web, mobile, phones, etc.) The Expertise You Have Working experience in Digital Marketing Analytics Working experience with SQL to create, manipulate and concatenate large datasets Working experience with Adobe Analytics or equivalent platforms like Google Analytics Working experience with Tableau or equivalent data visualization tool Financial industry experience, a plus Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Marketing, or another quantitative field The Skills You Bring Your ability to co-create marketing strategies from a data driven point-of-view Your ability to understand business objectives while navigating your way through the data ecosystem to find the best approach Your natural sense of curiosity that is always seeking creative ways to approach the next big challenge Your attention to detail and methodical approach to any initiative you lead Your ability to utilize data to create compelling stories Your ability to communicate clearly and concisely within the organization Your strong PowerPoint and Excel skills The Value You Deliver Developing and delivering analytical data and insights to solve business problems. How Your Work Impacts the Organization Workplace Investing Data and Analytics is the analytics discipline responsible for developing and deploying analytic solutions to drive actionable intelligence, transformative insights, automation, and effective control in support of Workplace Investments business units, clients, and Fidelity. Certifications: Category: Business Analytics and Insights Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office.
