Job Description: Manager – Fraud Risk and Compliance – Risk Control The Role Fraud Risk & Control is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join the Fraud Prevention team. The Risk Control Manager will support the execution of fraud risk assessments across various products and business units. This role will assist in identifying and documenting key controls, evaluating potential fraud risks, and contributing to the development of a strong fraud risk management framework. This position plays a key role in maintaining and enhancing the fraud risk control environment by supporting ongoing assessments, control testing, and process improvements. The ideal candidate will have foundational experience in fraud, compliance, or audit within financial services and a strong desire to grow in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Support the execution of risk assessments and control evaluations Assist in documenting risks, controls, and findings in a consistent and clear manner Collaborate with business partners and FRC team members to identify and mitigate fraud risks Contribute to process improvement initiatives and help enhance the fraud risk framework Participate in training and knowledge-sharing efforts to strengthen team capabilities The Expertise and Skills You Bring Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience 3–5 years of experience in fraud, risk, compliance, audit, or related fields Familiarity with risk management frameworks and control documentation Experience with tools such as Archer or similar GRC platforms is a plus Strong analytical and organizational skills Previous roles in fraud based organizations Ability to document and maintain control statements and risk assessments Strong written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from peers and leaders Note: Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position Certifications: Category: Risk Please be advised that Fidelity’s business is governed by the provisions of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, the Investment Company Act of 1940, ERISA, numerous state laws governing securities, investment and retirement-related financial activities and the rules and regulations of numerous self-regulatory organizations, including FINRA, among others.
