The Role

The ET HR Project Manager is responsible for leading and delivering multiple large-scale, complex projects while coordinating efforts across multiple teams to successfully deliver key initiatives for the organization. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strategic foresight, and the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority. The PM thrives in dynamic, ambiguous environments, anticipates challenges and risks before they arise, and ensure seamless execution across diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leads prioritization and ensures effective planning by developing detailed project plans, schedules, resource assignments, and manages multiple dependencies to drive successful execution
• Manage multiple complex projects concurrently, ensuring on time-delivery, within scope
• Influence and collaborate across teams and functions, without direct authority, to drive alignment and execution
• Identify, escalate, and resolve impediments quickly to maintain project momentum
• Proactively anticipate risks and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies before issues occur
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing clear updates and actionable insights
• Foster and maintain strong relationships across diverse teams to ensure collaboration and engagement
• Ensure quality with organizational standards and governance processes

The Skills You Bring

• 4-year bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies; PMP certification nice to have, but not required
• 5-7 years of experience as a Project Manager or similar type role
• Proven experience managing multiple, large-scale complex projects simultaneously
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills that allow you to drive successful outcomes
• Detail-oriented and proactive – always two steps ahead in planning and execution
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, with proven ability to resolve complex challenges
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• Facilitates effective group discussions and manages group dynamics to resolve conflict, foster collaboration, and build trusted partnerships
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage ambiguity
• Strong analytical skills for data driven decision making
• Systems Thinking, IT, HR, or Talent Management knowledge helpful
• Experience in a fast-paced matrixed organization

The Team

The Enterprise Technology (ET) HR organization drives business and technology outcomes through intentional talent strategies. Within ET HR, the Leap US team, part of the Enterprise Technology Learning and Development organization, plays a critical role in implementing the Leap program across the US, Ireland, and India. This position will provide project management support for both the global Leap learning organization and the ET Leadership Team. This role reports to the Vice President, HR Strategy & Planning.
