Fidelity Security Operations (FSO) is hiring an Unarmed Event Security Professional in Gainesville, FL.
Requirements:
- Valid Florida Class D Security License
- At least 1 year of Professional experience in related field (security, military, law enforcement)
- Valid Driver's License with reliable transportation
- Clean background check
- Ability to pass drug screening
- Good physical condition with the ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Excellent observation skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities:
- Ensure our clients are Safe, Satisfied, and Successful
- Maintain vigilance and abide by Post Orders and Company Policy
- Stay observant of the premises to detect possible safety concerns & policy violations to address
- Act as a visible deterrent to prevent unauthorized access or activities
- Practice conflict management and de-escalation techniques as needed
- Provide assistance to visitors, employees, and contractors as needed
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies in emergency situations
- Submit reports of daily activities and incidents accurately and timely as needed
