Respiratory Therapist (RRT):
- Assess patients, perform diagnostic tests, provide treatments, manage equipment, educate patients, and document care.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 1 years of experience in/with skills in respiratory therapy, ventilator management, electrocardiogram, oxygen administration and airway management.
- A basic knowledge of Pulmonary and Cardiovascular anatomy and physiology.
Required Education:
- Associate’s degree in Respiratory Therapy
- Certificate in Respiratory Therapy
Required Certifications & Licensure:
- BLS (American Heart Association)
- ACLS (American Heart Association)
- PALS (American Heart Association)
- NRP (American Heart Association)
- Illinois RCP license
- NBRC Certified Respiratory Therapist
