This is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Escrow Assistant, located in Napa, CA. The Senior Escrow Assistant will handle day-to-day tasks associated with escrow and closings, including preparing escrow instructions, coordinating with all parties involved in the transaction, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring all documentation is correct and complete. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service and performing notary duties as required.
- Experience in Escrow and Closings
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Notary Public certification
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Familiarity with real estate transactions and title insurance is a plus
